1. Talk to NPC Pinaps Guard near the southern gate of Oren.

2. Go to Sel Mahum Training Grounds, located east of Oren. Find and kill monsters

Sel Mahum Recruit Lv. 82 (Sel Mahum Recruit)
Sel Mahum Soldier Lv. 83 (Sel Mahum Soldier)

until you'll get

5 Sel Mahum Training Timetable NG
10 Sel Mahum Training Diary NG

3. Return to Pinaps Guard and give him the items you have obtained to complete the quest and receive the reward.
