. He can be found at
Hunter's Village and few other spots at Dragon Valley and
Antharas' Lair.
2. Follow to the Antharas' Lair and hunt:
Drake Leader Lv. 85
Drake Warrior Lv. 85
Drake Scout Lv. 85
Drake Mage Lv. 85
Until you get 10
Strange Red Liquid

Also hunt:
Dragon Knight Lv. 85
Dragon Knight Lv. 85
Elite Dragon Knight Lv. 85
