Quest Trial of the Challenger

Quest guide

1. Starting NPC Kash located behind the Dion Warriors Guild. Talk to Kash to begin the quest.

2. Teleport to Dark Elf Village, then to Bloody Swampland. Head southeast to the waterfall, find the cave entrance and go inside. The entrance is behind the waterfall near the lake. Find and kill the monster:

From the killed monster you will receive:

Broken Key NG
Scroll of Shyslassys NG

The key is required to open the chest that appears nearby. On Masterwork, there is also some Adena inside the chest.

3. Return to Kash and talk to him.

Kash will give you a Letter of Kash NG

4. Teleport to Giran, find Martien at the northeast exit and talk to him.

5. Teleport to Dion, then to the Plains of Dion. Head south, find the entrance to the cave and go inside. Find and kill the monster:

From a killed monster you will get Watcher's 1st Eye NG

6. Return to Martien and talk to him.

7.1. Teleport to Dion, then to Bee Hive. Head west to Hive Fortress, find the cave entrance and go inside. The cave entrance is opposite the eastern wall of the fortress. Find and kill the monster:

7.2. From a killed monster you will get Watcher's 2nd Eye NG

After killing the monster Raldo Champion will appear nearby, talk to him.

8. Teleport to Dwarven Village, find Filaur Gray Pillar Member in the Elders Council and talk to him.

9.1. At this step, there is a difference between the early and late server stages.

In early stages:

Teleport to Mithril Mines, go deep into the location to the last room.

In later stages:

Teleport to the Abandoned Coal Mines. Go deep into the location to one of the pits.

There are no following differences.

Find and kill monsters:

Succubus Queen Quest Monster Lv. 34

Until Raldo Champion appears

9.2. Talk to Raldo, he will complete the quest and give you Mark of Challenger NG
