1. Talk to NPC Stan Guard near the southern gate of Oren.

2. Go to Sel Mahum Training Grounds, located east of Oren. Find and kill monsters

Sel Mahum Drill Sergeant Lv. 83
Sel Mahum Recruit Lv. 82
Sel Mahum Soldier Lv. 83

until you get

5 Shiny Salmon NG
10 Shoes String of Sel Mahum NG

3. Return to Stan Guard and give him the items you have obtained to complete the quest and receive the reward.
