Basics
The Personal Account balance is valid for all project servers. For filling the Personal Account balance, you receive

10 Master Coins = 1$ (USD). The Master Coin rate is bound to the USD and may change in relation to other currencies, depending on the rate of other currencies to the USD.
To top up your Personal Account balance:
- Log in to your Personal Account on the project website
- Select Balance section in the left menu
- Specify the amount of Master Coin you want to receive
- Select a payment system and currency. There is a convenient currency calculator right of the "Pay" button
- Click the Pay button. You will be redirected to the selected payment system
- After payment, Master Coin will be credited to your balance within a few minutes to a day. The waiting time depends on the speed of your bank
- If Master Coin is not received within 24 hours, please contact the Support Service, and they will help you
- The number of coins on the Balance is shown in the upper right corner of the main page of the Personal Account. After top up, click the Refresh button that will appear when you point the Balance block

Coins can be transferred between players and purchased or sold in a private store. That allows you to use the benefits of the Game Shop without investing real money.
To transfer

from your Personal Account balance to the game:
- Log in to your Personal Account on the project website
- Select the desired server
- Open the Master Coin transfer window at the top of the screen
- Specify the number of coins
- Select the game account and character you want to receive coins for
- Enter PIN. If you do not know the account PIN code, go to Settings - Security and restore the code by email
- Click the "Transfer" button. Done! The coins will be sent to the character's inventory.
Market balance
Pay attention!
The Market balance and the Personal Account balance are different accounts. You can't pay for purchases on the Market from your Personal Account balance. To make transactions on the Market, you must top up your Market account.

Cumulative Discount
The E-Global project loyalty system includes cumulative discounts for purchases in the Personal Account store. The discount depends on the Total Balance — the sum of all Personal Account balance top ups. Use one Master Account to play on the servers of our project, and over time your purchases will become more beneficial.

Top up bonuses (Eternal)
Bonuses for the Personal Account balance top up are part of the loyalty system of the E-Global project. Top up the balance and receive bonus coins and useful items for your character development.

Bonus code
Active E-Global players often encounter bonus codes in the game and on the forum. Usually, this is a reward for event participation, a compliment bonus for unscheduled maintenance work, or a prize for finding an Easter egg. How can you turn a bonus code into a reward? It's very simple!
- Log in to your Personal Account on the project website
- Select the desired server in the upper left part of the screen. The bonus code may work for all servers or only for a specific one. Be careful!
- At the top of the screen, click on the "Bonus Code" button
- Enter or paste the copied bonus code into the special field
- Select the character you want to receive bonuses for
- Click the "Activate" button
- Done! The reward for the bonus code has been sent to your character
